As part of our compassionate team, you'll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, trauma-informed recovery center committed to clinical excellence, professional growth, and person-centered care.

At Cherry Hills Recovery, you'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping people heal through evidence-based, compassionate care. We believe recovery happens through meaningful relationships and are guided by five core values: Connection, Trust, People First, Accountability, and Excellence Through Innovation. We welcome team members from all backgrounds who are passionate about making a difference.

We regularly hire Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Clinicians, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Current BHT schedules include 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, typically working three 12-hour shifts per week. Remote positions are not available at this time.

Our approach is individualized and trauma-informed, addressing the whole person. Treatment plans are thoughtfully tailored based on comprehensive clinical assessment and each client’s unique needs.

Requirements vary by position. Behavioral health experience is preferred but not always required, and we welcome new graduatesPeer Recovery Specialists, and professionals actively working toward licensure. Clinical supervision is available for eligible clinicians pursuing licensure. CPR certification is required for client-facing roles, and Cherry Hills Recovery will provide certification if needed.

Eligible full-time employees enjoy a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insuranceunlimited paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. Benefits are generally available beginning the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. As Cherry Hills Recovery continues to grow, additional benefits, including retirement options, are planned.

Our hiring process is designed to ensure a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff. Depending on the role, applicants may complete interviews, background checks, drug screening (including THC), and verification of required credentials. Some positions may also require a valid driver's license or fingerprinting based on Colorado requirements.
