Executive Recovery Program (ERP)

Specialized Care for High-Performing Professionals

The Executive Recovery Program (ERP) at Cherry Hills Recovery was designed by exectives for exectives and high-responsibility professionals navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or co-occurring challenges.

What we do

What Makes ERP Different

1 1

Designed for the Realities of Leadership

Executive roles impact how stress is processed, decisions are made, and identity is formed. ERP addresses the neurobiological and psychological effects of sustained high performance—helping restore clarity, emotional regulation, and sound judgment.

2 2

Confidential, High-Touch Environment

We prioritize discretion and privacy, creating a space where professionals can engage fully in treatment without compromising their personal or professional reputation.

3 3

Integration,
Not
Interruption

Treatment is designed to support reintegration into work and daily life. Structured work time is intentionally built into the program, allowing for the limited continuation of professional responsibilities within a therapeutic environment, minimizing disruption while reinforcing healthier boundaries, and decision-making.

Our Clinical Approach

ERP uses multiple evidence-based treatment models tailored to each individual:

– addressing patterns related to control, perfectionism, and risk

– building emotional regulation and distress tolerance

– strengthening engagement and readiness for change

– supporting safety, regulation, and long-term healing

– combining personalized work with peer accountability

– integrated, thoughtful, and function-focused

– including mindfulness, somatic regulation, and values alignment

All care is grounded in a Recovery-Oriented System of Care (ROSC), ensuring continuity, connection, and long-term support beyond initial treatment.

A Different Kind of Recovery

We believe recovery for professionals isn’t about stepping away from life—it’s about returning to it with clarity, stability, and purpose. Confidential. Structured. Designed for those who carry responsibility—and are ready to care for themselves with the same intention.
