Our Values

CONNECTION

We believe healing and effective care happen in relationships. We intentionally build strong connections among staff, clients, and community partners, because no one does this work alone.

TRUST

We build trust by creating emotionally and physically safe spaces. We earn it daily through honesty, consistency, and respect for boundaries and confidentiality.

PEOPLE FIRST

We treat every person, client, staff member, and partner with dignity and compassion. We lead with presence, empathy, and a belief in each person’s potential to grow.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We align our actions with our values, especially when it’s hard. We take ownership, act ethically, and uphold high standards across all roles and situations

EXCELLENCE THROUGH INNOVATION

We embrace data, technology, and evidence-based tools to improve outcomes but never at the cost of human connection. We continuously learn, adapt, and innovate to serve people better.

Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you’re exploring our programs, our approach to care, or how we can support you or your loved one, you’ll find the information you need here.

The ideal client is a woman seeking help with co-occurring disorders, substance use, or mental health challenges, often a high-achieving professional balancing career and family while quietly struggling with burnout, trauma, anxiety, or substance use.

Cherry Hills Recovery treats mental health conditions and substance use disorders, including co-occurring disorders. We support women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related and mood disorders, as well as alcohol and drug addiction.

Our approach is individualized and trauma-informed, addressing the whole person. Treatment plans are tailored based on comprehensive clinical assessment and each woman's unique needs.

Each day is thoughtfully structured yet individualized, typically blending individual therapy, group sessions, experiential practices like mindfulness or somatic work, and time for reflection and recovery planning. Progress happens at your pace, not a fixed one.

Cherry Hills Recovery offers a comprehensive continuum of care designed to meet each woman's clinical and personal needs, including:

  • Residential Treatment
  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
  • Outpatient Program
  • Case Management
  • Recovery Coaching

Levels of care are determined through a comprehensive assessment to ensure the appropriate level of clinical support, structure, and continuity throughout the recovery journey.

Treatment length is individualized based on clinical need, though typical timeframes include approximately 30 days for residential care, around 6 weeks for PHP, and about 90 days for IOP, with outpatient care varying based on each woman's progress and long-term recovery goals.

Family involvement is an important part of recovery when clinically appropriate. We offer family or couples therapy, education, and guided communication to rebuild trust and strengthen your support system. Every approach respects each woman's preferences, boundaries, and family dynamics.

Housing depends on your level of care. Residential treatment requires living on-site for the full duration of the program. PHP and IOP do not require living on-site; some women choose to stay on-site or in approved supportive housing, while others commute from home or the community.

Our admissions team will review housing options with you during intake to find the best fit.

Cherry Hills Recovery is not currently in-network with any insurance payors. Our team will confidentially verify your benefits and walk you through your options. Coverage varies by plan, provider, and level of care, but we're here to help you navigate it.

Our admissions and clinical teams conduct a thorough pre-screening assessment to determine the right level of care based on your clinical needs, safety, and treatment goals.

You can contact our admissions team to:

  • Speak confidentially about your needs
  • Complete an initial screening
  • Assist with a Financial Plan, including verification of insurance

We are here to guide you through the process with clarity and compassion.
